Terms & Conditions

All Mae&Ivy giftcards are valid for 5 years after date of purchase. Any remaining balance will be lost after this date.
All Mae & Ivy Giftcards can only be used at our official webshop, www.maeandivy.com. 
All Mae&Ivy giftcards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash money.
All Mae&Ivy giftcards cannot be used in combination with any other promotion/discount.
All personal information will not be shared nor used fo further purposes outside of Mae&Ivy
All Mae&Ivy giftcards are set to a minimum of €10,00 and a maximum of €100,00. 

The Mae&Ivy e-giftcard is sent to the email address within 1-2 working days after your payment.
The Mae&Ivy giftcard boxes will be send out within 5-10 working days.
Mae&Ivy is not responsible for any delays, of any cause.

If you did not receive your e-giftcard or you’ve lost the e-giftcard, please send us an email with your contactdetails and we’ll be happy to re-send you the activation code. 

In case of an Mae & Ivy giftcard box, we can send you the activation code via mail, or you can choose to receive the physical box + card again, we do charge the giftpackaging and delivery costs.

In case of an incorrect (email)address from the buyer, Mae&Ivy is not responsible for any refunds.
